Madawaska Club of Go Home Bay Open Board Positions May 2025

The board has two positions open for this spring:

1. Secretary: The role of the secretary is to collaborate closely with the President to set board meeting dates, create the agenda and take minutes at the board meetings.
2. Director of Strategy: The mandate for this board position is to manage special projects and work with members of the community on key initiatives.

Please provide a brief bio of yourself and why you would be interested in serving in the role.

Please send the information by Friday February 28, 2025. The board will be reviewing all interested candidates’ information during the first week of March.

Other News:

The Madawaska Club Annual General Meeting will be held on Thursday May 8, 2025 7 p.m. (EST) via Zoom. More information will be provided later, but please mark your calendars for the AGM.

In late February you should receive the annual club invoice. As a reminder to vote at the AGM you will need to have paid your dues.

Ginny Cape will be letting you know when Camp Registration will be open.
